     Develop and write "Immigration Legislation" for America using the Congressional model on how a bill becomes a law. This "Imigration Legislation" should deal with both legal and illegal immigrants. Included in this exercise should be enforcement costs at the local, state and national levels, enforcement coordination between local, state and the federal government, possible tax increases to pay for this legislation, possible tax cuts to those businesses who hire legal immigrants instead of illegal immigrants, punishments for businesses who hire illegal immigrants, etc. Keep your policy to 500 words or less.

     A suspected terrorist has just been arrested at the Roanoke Airport by the Roanoke Police Dept. The terror suspect tried to blow up an airplane he was riding on while flying into the Roanoke Airport. However, the terror suspect was not successful. After being searched by the Roanoke Police Dept., it was discovered the terror suspect had plans to assassinate the Mayor of Roanoke.

     You are a member of the United States Congress. Develop a plan on how to deal with this terror suspect and future terror suspects. Include in this plan: 1) how to arrest and capture terror suspects, 2) decide who has jurisdiction over this situation, 3) decide if terrorist suspects will be read their Miranda Rights, 4) decide where the trial for terror suspects be held, 5) decide where their jail or prison terms will be held, 6) examine possible costs involved in transporting this terror suspect, and solve any other potential conflicts concerning this situation.
