I might say, "It's wrong for you to do that." I might say, "Good job. I'm proud of you. Keep up the good work." I might say, "I love you. I'm here if you need me." I am going to save a child.

Because of changes in the way the City of Roanoke, Va. funds projects, The West End Center for Youth on Patterson Ave. may soon have to close its doors if the center's financial situation does not improve.
